Welcome!

My practice is open to folks of all backgrounds and expressions. I work from the belief that psychotherapy can help everyone encounter the fullest, healthiest and most complete version of themselves.

Queer/Kink/Poly: I have particular expertise working within the queer, kink, poly and sex worker communities. My practice is a space to explore all facets of identity, including the longing to expand or transform expressions of self or relationships. I work with couples and polycules around ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. My practice is also a space to explore the somatic and spiritual dimensions of kink.

Trauma Work: I have extensive trauma training and experience working with survivors. I bring a social justice lens to healing work, integrating an understanding of oppression and privilege into reclaiming a sense of identity or self that may have been lost. I offer EMDR therapy, and am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR through the Parnell Institute.

Religion and Spirituality: Discussions of religious and spiritual identity of all types are welcome. Holding the knowledge that many traditions have historically excluded queer folks, my practice is a space to experiment with release, reclamation or rewriting spiritual identity.

Creative Practice: As a practicing visual artist, I understand firsthand the connection between creative identity and health. I’ve worked with clients around creative expression, creative blocks and practical ways to integrate a creative identity into their lives.
